Last updated: 2 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Conduit (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Description of the Service
Conduit lets you connect information from your own Android device to an AI assistant that you authorize, and view that information in a web console. The Service is provided free of charge and may change over time.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- connect data that you do not own or are not authorized to access;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service. You are responsible for the data you choose to provide and for complying with any laws that apply to it. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by the operator and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
